Kim Kardashian-Kris Humphries Divorce Trial

Our national nightmare will not end for at least another three months.

The day after Kris Humphries' lawyer peaced out on his client and also trashed Humphries for claiming he can annul his marriage to Kim Kardashian, a judge has set a trial date for this pair to finally hash it all out.

They will meet in court on May 6.

Kardashian's attorney fought for a date next month, but nothing was available until well into the spring.

By now, everyone (unfortunately) knows the particulars:

• Kris and Kim were married for 72 days.
• Kim has been pushing for a divorce for well over a year.
• Humphries has been stalling and claiming the marriage ought to be annulled because he was duped into a union Kim knew was phony from the start.
• In other words: he's holding out to embarrass Kim, irritate Kim or force Kim into giving him a ton of money. Or a combination of each.

Oh, and a pregnant Kim Kardashian is expecting Kanye West's baby. Good times all around.

Octomom Nadya Suleman spent Valentine’s Day giving South Florida strip club goers a topless show, and showing off her significantly heavier physique.

It was the first three-night engagement at T’s in West Palm Beach, according to Gossip Extra, which got a couple of amazing pictures from the affair.House strippers apparently little pink octopuses in the packed club as bouncers stuffed a deluge of tips that rained on stage during Octomom’s show.

“That’s how hard I’m trying to take care of my kids,” she said.

Truly, she is nothing if not dedicated to their well being.

She's put on a considerable about of weight since the release of the Octomom porn in 2012, but that didn't seem to be an issue for the crowd at T's.

Kris Humphries to Kim Kardashian: Annul Us!

Like a power forward who finds his way down to the post and gains solid position on his opponent... Kris Humphries is not budging.

Despite Kim Kardashian divorce demands and complaints now actually involving her unborn child - Kim says stress from Kris is threatening the fetus - a source tells People that Humphries has not changed his stance.

"Kris only wants an annulment," an insider tells the magazibe. "He never wanted to be married more than once and he feels like she cheated him out of the chance to have a real, loving marriage."

Indeed, Humphries continues to insist that the "entire marriage was a fraud" and, no, he doesn't care about the Kim Kardashian baby on the way.

"He feels that even if she's pregnant, she still has to deal with the mess she made," the source says.

Kardashian is due in July and is urging a judge to begin a divorce trial as soon as possible. She insists, of course, that she never defrauded Humphries in any way.

"I wish this issue to be tried immediately so that this false claim can be put to rest and I can move on with my life," Kim wrote in papers filed last month with the Los Angeles Superior Court.

And Miley - who is engaged to Liam Hemsworth, of course - is taking this rumor sitting down... so she can blast the celebrity gossip blogger on Twitter!

Kate Gosselin: So BULLIED By People Online!

Kate Gosselin is speaking out against bullying online and revealing the "deep scars" caused by some of the cruel comments people have made about her.The mother of eight opened up to BullyVille in a piece titled “My Experience with Real Life and Internet Bullying.” It's about ... well, peeps bullying her.

Kate Gosselin says she was tormented in middle school, then again in recent years with “adult bullying.” Kate says simply, “I’ve been bullied. A lot."

“Most of my memories are made up of confusing emotional struggles to figure out who I was and where I fit in," says the former spouse of Jon Gosselin.

"I was definitely bullied back then and the cruel comments and mean displays are memories that have left deep scars that remain with me til this day."

"Bullying made me feel insecure, alone, ugly, powerless, and hopeless at times.”

She calls this a “horrible disease” with no cure and says bullying via the Internet became very evident after her family gained fame on Jon and Kate Plus 8.

“When my life became very public in 2006 with the airing of our show ... I was honestly surprised that ‘adult bullying’ via the Internet existed,” Kate says.

“I am a positive person by nature and the fact that people flock to the Internet to make ugly, hurtful, untrue comments about myself and my family shocked me!”

Kate says she tries to tune out the “haters” and/or turn their bullying ways around by channeling that negativity into motivation to succeed in life.

“I ignore most of the hate and lies," she insists. "Since bullies come from a place of jealousy, I try not to let any of their vile dangerous words permeate me.”

"I have better things to do. I have eight wonderful children who need a mother to show them the love and support that surrounds them, not retaliation and bitterness."

“I use my haters as my motivators. If they say I can’t do it, rest assured I WILL do it. And I won’t stop until I’ve succeeded in achieving any given goal."

Kris Humphries Trade: Headed to Charlotte?

Kris Humphries may be dragging out his divorce from Kim Kardashian, but the Brooklyn Nets are reportedly on the verge of splitting from the rebounding power forward.

ESPN's Chris Broussard reports that the Nets are on the verge of dealing Humphries to the Charlotte Bobcats, receiving shooting guard Ben Gordan in return as the principal player in the deal.

Kris lost his starting job many weeks ago in Brooklyn. He's only averaging 6 points and 6.4 rebounds per game.

With the Nets, at least, Humphries was part of a winning organization. But the Bobcats are 11-37 and own the worst record in the league - by a wide margin.

A new Justin Bieber pot smoking scandal may be on the way.

According to TMZ, new photos of the singer getting high are being shopped around the Internet. They feature Justin and Lil Za enjoying themselves some Mary Jane while outside a home in Los Angeles.

Za is the same person who was caught driving Bieber's Ferrari early this morning without a license.

A few weeks ago, of course, Bieber was caught smoking up with Lil Twist, clearly holding a lit joint at a party. He later took to Twitter in response and promised to "be better."

TMZ has reached out to Bieber's camp for a comment. So far, nothing.

"IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN'S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE AHAHAHAHHA," tweeted Jocelyn of the encounter, which took place during the pop star's Boyfriend tour (the photo was posted, then removed from a Bieber fansite, but remains her icon on the social network).So, trick of the lens? Unfortunate camera angle? While it's unclear exactly what maneuver Bieber was attempting when the ill-timed shot was taken, the fan nevertheless defended her hero.

She later wrote, "People can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too so everyone else's opinions don't matter to me."

What's more, there were no subsequent reports of Bieber getting slapped or otherwise scolded by law enforcement for any inappropriate behavior.

Meanwhile, a rep for Bieber, whose Believe Acoustic drops today, didn't immediately return a request for comment.

Lady Gaga Stripped of 156 Million YouTube Views

Thanks to some housekeeping, Mother Monster's YouTube view count is a little less, well, monstrous.

A whopping 156 million views of Lady Gaga's videos have been removed from her account after the online video provider decided to audit the site to clear out old videos.

According to Digital Spy, the move to adjust the numbers on the original accounts of artists such as Gaga came after several clips had been redistributed to the performers' VEVO pages.

Such a decision was actually made last month, with a YouTube spokesperson telling Billboard at the time: "This was not a bug or a security breach. This was an enforcement of our viewcount policy."

In addition to Gaga, others who have been affected by YouTube's decision to clean things up include Beyoncé, Chris Brown and Leona Lewis.

Prince Harry Talks Naked Vegas Scandal, Army Life in Just-Aired Frontline Afghanistan Documentary

Prince Harry doesn't always receive the royal treatment.

Despite the penthouse parties and glamorous vacations, Capt. Harry Wales (as he's known in the Army) just returned to the U.K. after his deployment to Afghanistan and is now the subject of the just-aired BBC documentary, Prince Harry: Frontline Afghanistan, which gives an inside look at the royal during his four-month stint of service abroad.

"It's very easy to forget who I am when I'm in the army," he admitted in the opening of the one-hour special. "I am one of the guys. I don't get treated any different."

Harry slept on a tiny cot (which he admits he loves not having to make), spent Christmas away from the palace and even had to take his turn making tea for his fellow comrades, being forced to bear the title "Brew Bitch" for the day.

Part of an elite squad of pilots flying British army attack helicopters, Harry discusses his duties with pride, saying the majority of his missions are medical emergencies to rescue soldiers in the field:"If there are people doing bad stuff to our guys, we'll take them out of the game, I suppose," he admits before adding, "It's not the reason I decided to do this job. The reason I did this job is to get back up here and to make sure the guys are safe on the ground."

Despite the daily fear of an imminent attack, Harry admits he's happy to serve his country and stay out of the public eye:

"It's great being out here. I'm with a great group of people. It's away from all the media back home which I guess is one of the real negative points about the U.K."Harry's certainly no stranger to negative media attention, and he briefly discusses his infamous trip to Vegas (and flashing of the crown jewels) that was documented for the entire world to see.

"That was probably me being too much Army, not enough prince," he explained when asked about the royal scandal.

As for Harry's brother William? The prince reveals that his big bro would be honored to serve alongside him, and he doesn't see any issue with the daddy-to-be being fired at:

The "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" songbird has announced that she's inked a deal with Diet Coke for a promotional partnership, hinting at a slew of events tied to her upcoming tour as well as behind-the-scenes sneak peeks at her new ad with the soda giant.

Mother Monster later posted a photo of herself praying on a bed with her eyes closed.
