Beyoncé Posts Super Bowl Rehearsal Video and New Photo, Previews Bootylicious Performance

it's a countdown to touchdown.
If there's still any lingering doubt thatBeyoncé is hard at work prepping for her upcoming Super Bowl debut, may we please direct you to this new video that the Grammy winner just posted, providing an exciting preview of what the world can expect to see when she takes the stage at New Orleans' Superdome on Sunday.
Appropriately, the clip rocks it out to the songbird's smash "Countdown" and puts the spotlight not only on the 31-year-old singer but on her throng of dancers. And there are many of them, as they stomp, shake and shimmy their way through several dance routines. (Look closely and you'll spy a couple of "Single Ladies" dance moves—but of course!)Jay-Z's other half also posted a new promo pic for her gig, flashing a killer look as she holds up a football.
Hey, whether she's playing a sexy referee or a Game Day songbird, Bey surely knows how to score.

Spoiler Chat: Scoop on Glee, The Office, Grey's Anatomy, New Girl, Once Upon a Time and More!

Glee's going to the chapel!
But will Will and Emma actually say "I do"? That is the question posed in today's Spoiler Chat by one of the Fox hit's stars. Other juicy scoop includes a fan favorite's return on Once Upon a Time, a can't-miss episode of Grey's Anatomy for a certain couple's fans and what's ahead for Nick and Jess on New Girl after that kiss. Plus, we've got spoilers on The Mindy ProjectThe Office's series finale and more...
Kendra: Any Once Upon a Time scoop? I've been hearing rumors that Jamie Dornan is returning, please tell me it's true!
"Thrilled to be able to confirm that we have Jamie Dornan returning to appear again in an ep of Once Upon a Time," cocreator Adam Horowitz tweeted of our Hot Hipster Sheriff (Still missin' you every day, boo!). "So excited." We can also tell you that Dornan was recently spotted filming with Lana Parrilla (aka Regina) in Sheriff Graham gear, not Huntsman gear. (Oh, how we missed that vest!)Eden: What's coming up for Sam on Glee that doesn't have to do with his relationship with Brittany?
"Sam's trying to figure of what these next few next steps are in life, and he goes through a lot of his insecurities. He deals with his grades a little bit and he's struggling with that," Chord Overstreet tells us. "He's a little hard on himself, but he has everybody towards the end of the episode bring some life back into him and cheer him up. It has a lot of heart and funny stuff."
Lorielyse:  Can you tell us what happens at Will and Emma's wedding? #Glee
Who says they are the ones who will actually be saying "I do"?! "We were just talking about that last week. There will be a wedding. I'm not saying whose wedding it is," Overstreet teases. "There will be some shockers, some happy moments, some singing, some dancing, and some affirmations. I don't know what I'm allowed to say. I just gotta be careful!"Wendi: I need Grey's Anatomy scoop like I need air.
You might want to see a doctor about that. But here is some oxygen in the meantime: ABC has released the episode titles for all the February episodes: "Bad Blood," "The Face of Change," "Hard Bargain," and "This Is Why We Fight." Cristina and Owen fans will want to make sure not to miss "Hard Bargain." That's all we can reveal for now. Move along…Isla: New Girl scoop! That Nick and Jess kiss was so hot. What's next for them? Hopefully more kissing!
Don't hold your breath for more kisses, hon. "They're definitely not ready to be a couple," executive producer Liz Meriwether says. "What this is is acknowledging that they have this strong pull for each other. [But] I don't think, a lot of times, one kiss leads to a relationship." Don't worry, though. We have a feeling that Nick and Jess can't keep their feelings about that kiss buried for long. (Now excuse us while we go wallpaper our offices with the photo to the left.)
Sophie: After the latest Office episode, I need some reassurance that everything will end happy with Jam. The way they ended the episode made me ugly-cry. Please tell me it will be PB+J Forever!
Things will play out for Jim and Pam in an interesting way when the documentary that the Dunder Mifflin gang has been starring in starts to air on television, making them all "celebrities." Perhaps a walk down memory lane is just what the Jam doctored ordered? One thing we can count on is an emotional series finale. "I know that the fans are going to thrilled,"Kate Flannery teases about the final episode. We need to start stocking up on Kleenex now.

Jason D.: Love that Ben and Leslie from Parks and Recreation are still in your Top Couples tournament! To celebrate, how about some spoilers!
Better make sure they don't get knocked out by voting your behind off! As for the spoiler you requested: Ben gets Leslie a gift so epic, so perfect for her, that you might cry tears of wetness. Want a hint? Leslie's favorite food.
Tessa: You are my go-to for Mindy Project spoilers. Help a girl out?
Mindy's love life hits an all-time low when she accidentally brings home a male prostitute. How does one accidentally do that? Episode 19 is when you'll get that answer.

Justin Bieber Grabs Female Fan's Breast During Photo Op?! Not So Fast...

Baby, whoa! This Justin Bieber fan may have been having the time of her life—but that doesn't make the photo any less strange.
During a recent meet-and-greet in Miami, one young lady got both a kiss on the cheek and a seemingly inappropriate squeeze from the 18-year-old pop star.
But did the Biebs really get so grabby?
Justin Bieber shows off his six-pack (and a little more) in Miami
While it certainly looks that way, the girl, who has since been identified as Jocelyn and tweets under the handle JocelynnBieber, has turned to Twitter to clarify that things may not be exactly as they appear.
"IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN'S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE AHAHAHAHHA," tweeted Jocelyn of the encounter, which took place during the pop star's Boyfriend tour (the photo was posted, then removed from a Bieber fansite, but remains her icon on the social network). So, trick of the lens? Unfortunate camera angle? While it's unclear exactly what maneuver Bieber was attempting when the ill-timed shot was taken, the fan nevertheless defended her hero.
She later wrote, "People can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too so everyone else's opinions don't matter to me."
What's more, there were no subsequent reports of Bieber getting slapped or otherwise scolded by law enforcement for any inappropriate behavior.
Meanwhile, a rep for Bieber, whose Believe Acoustic drops today, didn't immediately return a request for comment.

Lady Gaga Stripped of 156 Million YouTube Views

Thanks to some housekeeping, Mother Monster's YouTube view count is a little less, well, monstrous.
A whopping 156 million views of Lady Gaga's videos have been removed from her account after the online video provider decided to audit the site to clear out old videos.
According to Digital Spy, the move to adjust the numbers on the original accounts of artists such as Gaga came after several clips had been redistributed to the performers' VEVO pages.
Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett to collaborate on album
Such a decision was actually made last month, with a YouTube spokesperson telling Billboard at the time: "This was not a bug or a security breach. This was an enforcement of our viewcount policy."
In addition to Gaga, others who have been affected by YouTube's decision to clean things up include BeyoncéChris Brown and Leona Lewis.

Prince Harry Talks Naked Vegas Scandal, Army Life in Just-Aired Frontline Afghanistan Documentary

Prince Harry doesn't always receive the royal treatment.
Despite the penthouse parties and glamorous vacations, Capt. Harry Wales (as he's known in the Army) just returned to the U.K. after his deployment to Afghanistan and is now the subject of the just-aired BBC documentary, Prince Harry: Frontline Afghanistan, which gives an inside look at the royal during his four-month stint of service abroad.
"It's very easy to forget who I am when I'm in the army," he admitted in the opening of the one-hour special. "I am one of the guys. I don't get treated any different."
Prince Harry's war comments anger the Taliban
Case in point?
Harry slept on a tiny cot (which he admits he loves not having to make), spent Christmas away from the palace and even had to take his turn making tea for his fellow comrades, being forced to bear the title "Brew Bitch" for the day.
Part of an elite squad of pilots flying British army attack helicopters, Harry discusses his duties with pride, saying the majority of his missions are medical emergencies to rescue soldiers in the field:"If there are people doing bad stuff to our guys, we'll take them out of the game, I suppose," he admits before adding, "It's not the reason I decided to do this job. The reason I did this job is to get back up here and to make sure the guys are safe on the ground."
Despite the daily fear of an imminent attack, Harry admits he's happy to serve his country and stay out of the public eye:
"It's great being out here. I'm with a great group of people. It's away from all the media back home which I guess is one of the real negative points about the U.K."Harry's certainly no stranger to negative media attention, and he briefly discusses his infamous trip to Vegas (and flashing of the crown jewels) that was documented for the entire world to see.
"That was probably me being too much Army, not enough prince," he explained when asked about the royal scandal.
As for Harry's brother William? The prince reveals that his big bro would be honored to serve alongside him, and he doesn't see any issue with the daddy-to-be being fired at:
Prince Harry talks killing Taliban fighters
"He'd love to be out here and to be honest I don't see why he couldn't," he said. "Yes, he'd get shot at, but you know, if the guys who are doing the same job as us are being shot at on the ground then I don't think there's anything wrong with us being shot at as well," he says before adding,"People back home will have issues with that, but we're not special. The guys out there are."
How refreshing to see a whole new side to the prince.

Rihanna's Sexy Beach Body Highlights Barbados Tourism Campaign

We all know Rihanna loves to post pics of her fabulous figure.
But this time around, the sexy singer is doing it for the love of Barbados.
As part of a tourism campaign on behalf of her native country, the R&B star tweeted out a couple of Instagram shots of herself in a bathing suit on the beach.
In one photo, Rihanna shows off those enviable curves while her lovely locks cascade over part of her face.
In another, she offers up a come-hither look as she leans over to feel the warmth of the water.
To which we say, when does the next flight to Barbados leave?

Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise (in a Cute Panda Hat!) Grab Brunch in NYC

Suri Cruise still manages to look cute—even when it's really cold outside!
Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise's 6-year-old daughter bundled up for brunch with her mom Sunday, Jan. 27, in NYC. Suri paired her black, blue and gray ensemble with an adorable furry panda bear hat.
Check out more pics of Suri the gymnastics star!
The mother-daughter duo reportedly grabbed some grub at Locanda Verde after attending a birthday party in the city.
Besides celebrating with friends, grabbing brunch and going to school, of course, Suri has been hitting the gym to work on her tumbling and balance beam routines.
Busy little lady!

Taylor Swift's New Hookup? A Partnership With Diet Coke!

Taylor Swift is ready to jump into a new relationship—and it has nothing to do with heartthrob boy-banders or eligible political scions.
The "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" songbird has announced that she's inked a deal with Diet Coke for a promotional partnership, hinting at a slew of events tied to her upcoming tour as well as behind-the-scenes sneak peeks at her new ad with the soda giant.
Bummer! Taylor Swift's breakup song to Harry Styles was a fake—but listen to it here anyway!
Swift spilled the beans Sunday in a video posted on her website.
"I wanted to share some news with you because we're actually making it official with one of the great loves of my life," she teased, before adding, "Diet Coke."Holding up a shiny can for all to see, the 23-year-old Red singer—clad in red, natch—explained that "we've been in conversations about this partnership that's gonna include so many fun things having to do with the tour, having to do with Diet Coke in general, behind the scenes of the commercial shoot." (Swift's Red tour kicks off on March 13 in Omaha, Neb.)
Taylor Swift's biggest breakups: Gyllenhaal? Mayer? Kennedy? Harry Styles isn't alone
Relationship-wise, consider the Diet Coke partnership a fresh start of sorts for the Grammy winner, who recently called it quits with One Direction member Harry Styles after about two months of dating.
Curiously, this past weekend both attended the same event, the NJR Music Awards, in Cannes, although they seemed to have shrewdly timed their appearances so that they didn't bump into each other.
Whether or not a reconciliation is in the cards for the duo, we know for sure that at least for now, they are—wait for it—never ever gonna run into each other at big music shindigs.

Rihanna Goes Topless, Shows Off Pixie Haircut in "Top Secret" Campaign Photos

Rihanna and clothes go together like Chris Brown and pristine records of conduct.
Ahem.
In any case, while Brown allegedly spent the weekend concerning himself with Frank Ocean's parking space, the "Stay" singer was also back to it over the weekend, taking to Twitter to show off not only her newly cropped cut (after a brief flirtation with long, flowing locks), but also some sexy, topless photos of her latest "top secret" project.
See what Lena Dunham had to say about Rihanna's "heart-cracking" relationship with Chris Brown
"And that's a #wrap on my shoot for my new #topsecret add campaign!!!" Rihanna tweeted. "#2013 #phuckyobasic."
The superstar didn't stop there, and posted a zoomed-in beauty shot of herself, again teasing fans with, "#RIHpost sneak peek of my shoot today with @mertalas."

Lady Gaga Prays for Victims of Brazil Nightclub Fire

Lady Gaga is expressing her sadness in the wake of the nightclub fire in Brazil that killed more than 230 people over the weekend.
"My heart is with you Brazil," the singer tweeted.
Mother Monster later posted a photo of herself praying on a bed with her eyes closed.
Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett to collaborate on album
"Sending my prayers to the families and friends who lost loved one in the fire in Brazil," she wrote. "Im thinking of you today during this tragedy."
Gaga also retweeted a message she received from a follower. It mentioned that one of her fans, "A Little Monster," had died in the horrific blaze.

Scooter tweeted: “as a prankster u have to respect another good prank. only makes sense. #crackdealer.” To which he responded with a simple: “haha.”

Star Trek may bleed into Star Wars

So, it’s officially official. Disney just put out a press release, which means I can write about it without fear of it being debunked moments after publication. J.J. Abrams is indeed directing Star Wars: Episode VII. And what do I have to say about that? Well… not much really.

There is indeed a part of me that feels that it is wholly inappropriate and/or unnatural that the same director will be behind new Star Trek *and* new Star Wars movies. Back in the old days, I believed in the perhaps simplistic idea that every franchise would get their own special director. Sam Raimi had Spider-Man, Bryan Singer had X-Men, and Chris Nolan had Batman. Obviously that idea no longer exists.

Bryan Singer can helm X-Men and then go on to attempt to reboot Superman with Superman Returns before taking back the X-Men franchise from Matthew Vaughn, who is now rumored to be among Warner’s top choices for a Justice League movie. Even with more and more franchises being rebooted and/or changing hands, it seems like an awfully incestuous little circle, with only a handful of directors seemingly ending up helming these major properties. Say what you will about Marvel, but they deserve kudos for thinking outside the box on pretty much every major film thus far when it comes to a director.

North Korean Leader Vows ‘High-Profile’ Retaliation

Kim Jong-un, the North Korean leader, has vowed to take “substantial and high-profile important state measures” and ordered his top military and party officials of what to do to retaliate against American-led United Nations sanctions on the country, the North’s official media reported on Sunday.North Korea did not clarify what those measures might be, but it referred to a series of earlier statements in which Mr. Kim’s government has threatened to launch more long-range rockets and conduct a third nuclear test to build an ability to “target” the United States.
Mr. Kim threw his weight behind his government’s escalating standoff with Washington when he called a meeting of top security and foreign affairs officials and gave an instruction in his name. He inherited the supreme party and military leadership from his father, Kim Jong-il, who died in December 2011.
By calling such a meeting and having it reported in state news media, Mr. Kim seemed to assert his leadership in what his country called an “all-out action” against the United States, as opposed to his father, who tended to remain reclusive during similar confrontations.
“At the consultative meeting, Kim Jong-un expressed the firm resolution to take substantial and high-profile important state measures in view of the prevailing situation,” said the North’s Korean Central News Agency, or K.C.N.A. “He advanced specific tasks to the officials concerned.”
The K.C.N.A. dispatch, which was distributed on Sunday, was dated Saturday, indicating that the meeting in Pyongyang took place then. That was the same day on which the North’s main party newspaper, Rodong Sinmun, said that the United Nations Security Council’s resolution last Tuesday calling for tightening sanctions against the North left it with “no other option” but a nuclear test.
“A nuclear test is what the people demand,” it said in a commentary.
The resolution was adopted unanimously — with the support of the North’s traditional protector, China — as punishment for its Dec. 12 rocket launching. The Security Council determined that the launching was a cover for testing intercontinental ballistic missile technology and a violation of its earlier resolutions banning North Korea from such tests.
The North rejected the old resolutions, as well as the latest, insisting that launching rockets to put satellites into orbit was its sovereign right. Its successful rocket launching in December, coming after a failure last April, was the most visible achievement Mr. Kim’s government could present for its people, who have suffered decades of poverty and isolation. In North Korean propaganda, defending its rocket program is likened to protecting national pride and independence — even if it has to pay economic prices.
Last Thursday, North Korea said that its drive to rebuild its moribund economy and its rocket program, until now billed as a peaceful space project, would be adjusted into efforts to foil United States hostilities. On Sunday, it said the Security Council’s action “has thrown a grave obstacle” to its efforts to focus on “economic construction so that the people may not tighten their belts any longer.”
Still, it said it had to “defend its sovereignty by itself” because “different countries concerned” failed to “fairly solve the problem.” In the past few days, North Korea, without citing China by name, expressed bitterness and defiance against its long-time Communist ally for endorsing the American-led Security Council resolution. On Saturday, Rodong reaffirmed its dislike of “sadae,” or toadying big countries, including China.
China provides all of North Korea’s fuel and remains its biggest trade partner, but analysts believe that its influence is limited on the recalcitrant government in Pyongyang. Beijing has been thus far reluctant to use its economic leverage, fearing it could only drive its neighbor into more provocations and harming China’s interest in keeping stability in the region.
International attention has focused on the Punggye nuclear test site in northeastern North Korea, where the country conducted its two previous underground nuclear tests, in 2006 and 2009. Enough preparations have been made there recently that a third test could happen on short notice from the Pyongyang leadership, South Korean officials said.
In a report issued on Sunday, the Institute for National Security Strategy, a research organization affiliated with South Korea’s main intelligence service, said that North Korea may use provocations this year to tame the incoming government of President-elect Park Geun-hye, who will be sworn in next month.
“It will wait and see until the new government’s North Korea policy shapes up,” it said. “If the policy is not favorable, the North may lash out with provocations.”

French, Mali forces head toward Timbuktu

French and Malian troops held a strategic bridge and the airport in the northern town of Gao on Sunday as their force also pressed toward Timbuktu, another stronghold of Islamic extremists in northern Mali, officials said.
The advances come as French and African land forces also make their way to Gao from neighboring Niger in a bid to defeat the al-Qaida-linked Islamists who seized control of northern Mali more than nine months ago.
The French military announced late Saturday that it had liberated the town of Gao, though other officials said the fight to control it was still in progress.
Lt. Col. Diarran Kone, a spokesman for Mali's defense minister, said Sunday that the forces were patrolling Gao and had maintained their hold over the bridge and airport overnight.
The advance on Gao marked the biggest achievement yet for the French and Malian troops since they began their operation to oust the Islamist radicals two weeks ago. It remains unclear, though, what kind of resistance the forces will face in the coming days.
The French special forces, which had stormed in by land and by air, had come under fire from "several terrorist elements" that were later "destroyed," the French military said in a statement on its website Saturday.
In a later press release entitled "French and Malian troops liberate Gao" the French ministry of defense said they were bringing back the town's mayor, Sadou Diallo, who had fled to the Malian capital of Bamako far to the west.
However, a city official interviewed by telephone by The Associated Press said late Saturday that coalition forces so far only controlled the airport, the bridge and surrounding neighborhoods.
And in Paris, a defense ministry official clarified that the city had not been fully liberated, and that the process of freeing Gao was continuing.
Both officials insisted on anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly on the matter.
Swooping in under the cover of darkness, the French and Malian forces faced sporadic "acts of harassment" during the day, said Col. Thierry Burkhard, a French military spokesman in Paris. He had no immediate estimate on casualties.
Gao, the largest city in northern Mali, was seized by a mixture of al-Qaida-linked Islamist fighters more than nine months ago along with the other northern provincial capitals of Kidal and Timbuktu.
The rebel group that turned Gao into a replica of Afghanistan under the Taliban has close ties to Moktar Belmoktar, the Algerian national who has long operated in Mali and who last week claimed responsibility for the terror attack on a BP-operated natural gas plant in Algeria.
His fighters are believed to include Algerians, Egyptians, Mauritanians, Libyans, Tunisians, Pakistanis and even Afghans.
Meanwhile, the Pentagon said late Saturday that Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has told Le Drian the United States will aid the French military with aerial refueling missions.
U.S. aerial refueling planes would be a boost to air support for French ground forces as they enter vast areas of northern Mali, the size of Texas, that are controlled by al-Qaida-linked extremists.
The U.S. was already helping France by transporting French troops and equipment to the West African nation. However, the U.S. government has said it cannot provide direct aid to the Malian military because the country's democratically elected president was overthrown in a coup last March.
The Malian forces, however, are now expected to get more help than initially promised from neighboring nations.
Col. Shehu Usman Abdulkadir told The Associated Press that the African force will be expanded from an anticipated 3,200 troops to some 5,700 — a figure that does not include the 2,200 soldiers promised by Chad.
Most analysts had said the earlier figure was far too small to confront the Islamists given the huge territory they hold.
"Because they've seen that the area itself, northern Mali is too large for that number of troops so there was a need to increase the number and that's why we arrived at 5,700," said Abdulkadir, the force commander. "I believe that as time goes on it may be necessary to increase the strength again. Because (when) France pulls out we definitely must have to increase the strength."
Since France began its military operation, the Islamists have retreated from three small towns in central Mali: Diabaly, Konna and Douentza.

Fire at nightclub kills more than 200 in Brazil

At least 200 people were killed in a nightclub fire in southern Brazil on Sunday after a band's pyrotechnics show set the building ablaze, and fleeing patrons were unable to find the emergency exits, local officials said.
Bodies were still being removed from the Kiss nightclub in the southern city of Santa Maria, Major Gerson da Rosa Ferreira, who was leading rescue efforts at the scene for the military police, told Reuters.
Local officials said 180 people were confirmed dead, and Ferreira said the death toll would rise above 200. He said the victims died of asphyxiation or from being trampled, and that there were possibly as many as 500 people inside the club when the fire broke out at about 2:30 a.m.
Television footage showed people sobbing outside the club, while shirtless firefighters used sledge hammers and axes to knock down an exterior wall to open up an exit.
"It was really fast. There was a lot of smoke, really dark smoke," survivor Aline Santos Silva, 29, told Globonews TV. "We were only able to get out quickly because we were in a VIP area close to the door."
President Dilma Rousseff cut short a visit to Chile and was returning to Brazil following the blaze, her spokesperson said.
Luiza Sousa, a civil police official in Santa Maria, told Reuters the blaze started when a member of the band or its production team ignited a flare, which then set fire to the ceiling. The fire spread "in seconds," Sousa said.
The disaster recalls other incidents including a 2003 fire at a nightclub in West Warwick, Rhode Island, that killed 100, and a Buenos Aires nightclub blaze in 2004 that killed nearly 200. In both incidents, a band or members of the audience ignited fires that set the establishment ablaze.
Brazil's safety standards and emergency response capabilities are under particular scrutiny as the country prepares to host the 2014 World Cup soccer tournament and the 2016 Summer Olympics.
Rio Grande do Sul state Health Secretary Ciro Simoni said emergency medical supplies from all over the state were being sent to the scene.
Santa Maria is some 186 miles west of the state capital of Porto Alegre. "A sad Sunday!" tweeted Rio Grande do Sul Governor Tarso Genro. He said "all possible measures" were being taken in response and that he was on his way to the scene.

Michael J. Fox: Taylor Swift Never, Ever Needs to Date My Son

Could it be that Michael J. Fox doesn't want his son making a cameo in a Taylor Swift song one day?
During the Golden Globes, hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler memorably advised the pop-country star with the increasingly long track record to stay away from Fox's son, Sam Michael, who was serving as Mr. Golden Globes that night.
"Or go for it," Poehler added. "No, she needs some 'me time' to learn about herself," insisted Fey.
Taylor Swift is back in the studio again—look out, fellas!
The camera panned to Fox multiple times and he was smiling throughout the clever bit. But was that actually a fiercely protective grin he was flashing?"I don't keep up with it all," Fox told Vulture.com when asked at a book party about the idea of Swift dating 23-year-old Sam. "But Taylor Swift writes songs about everybody she goes out with, right?"
When the reporter answered in the affirmative, Fox replied, "What a way to build a career."
Prodded further, Fox said, "I wouldn't even know who she was" if she showed up at his house on his son's arm. But he'd probably put two and two together, he added, upon the release of the inevitable breakup tune.
"'Sam, You Piece of S--t,'" Fox joked, imagining his reaction. "'Oh...that was the girl you brought home!'"
Fox's rep has not yet returned a request for comment.

Kristen Bell Sues Hollywood Bar, Alleging Unpaid Profits

L'Scorpion is feeling Kristen Bell's sting.
The mom-to-be and a few others are suing the Hollywood restaurant and bar, alleging its owners failed to pay them their portion of its profits.
Pregnant Kristen Bell "maybe" having a boy
Bell and the four other plaintiffs in the case, who filed the suit against Meridian Restaurant group Friday, invested $20,000 each in the bar in July 2005 and were supposed to receive 5 percent of its profits in return, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
However, although the bar generated monthly profits up to $30,000 since it's opening in 2006, Bell and the other plaintiffs didn't receive their fair share of those profits, the lawsuit states.

Sundance Film Festival 2013 Winners Announced, Fruitvale Takes Grand Jury Prize

Sundance Film Festival has come to a close with Joseph Gordon Levitt, who made his directorial debut with Don Jon's Addiction, opening the awards ceremony by stating: "This isn't basketball. This is the movies. There are no winners and losers. This is art."
That being said, the big win of the festival went to Ryan Coogler's Fruitvale, which took home the grand jury prize. The flick which stars Octavia SpencerChad Michael Murray and Kevin Durand tells the true story of Oscar Grant, a 22-year-old who crosses paths with friends, enemies, family members and strangers on the last day of 2008.
Coogler accepted the win, telling the crowd: "At the end of the day, when I first made this project, it was about humanity, and how we treat the people we love most and the people we don't know. To get this means that this film made a powerful impact. This goes back to my home, the Bay Area, where Oscar Grant lived for 22 years. I can't wait to see you all when this is said and done and I'm more articulate and not so emotional."
Another big win went to Mike Lerner and Maxim Pozdorovkin's documentary Pussy Riot–A Punk Prayer which scored the world cinema documentary special jury award.

Twinsies! Katy Perry Poses With Her Wax Figure in Las Vegas

There's now two Katy Perry's in this world!
The "Wide Awake" singer got waxed by Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas on Saturday.
The 28-year-old singer's replica cops a look from her California Dreams tour back in 2011 complete with blue hair, a shiny Hershey kiss inspired two piece, and some equally shiny gams.
The real Katy Perry's been getting pretty close with John Mayer!
Speaking of Katy Perry look-a-likes, the singer surprised Ellen Degeneres on her birthday show with a more masculine look—as a mustache-sporting game show host!
Prior to striking a pose in Las Vegas, Katy was spotted with her beau John Mayer at President Barack Obama's inauguration in Washington D.C. on Monday.

Taylor Swift Sizzles in Short, Gold Dress at Same Event as Ex Harry Styles

Revenge sure looks good on Taylor Swift!
The single 23-year-old singer stunned at the NRJ Music Awards held at Palais des Festivals on Saturday in Cannes, France—the same event where her former boyfriend Harry Styles and his One Direction bandmates performed and took home the award for Best International Group.
Donning an Elie Saab dress, Jimmy Choo shoes, Ofira earrings, and a single Lorraine Schwartz ring, Taylor continued her plunge neck, mini dress escapade.
Bummer! Taylor Swift's breakup song to Harry Styles was a fake—but listen to it here anyway!
Amping up the breakup vibe further, Taylor reportedly sang "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" at the event with Harry in the audience after she changed into yet another sexy outfit, a tiny black lacy number and knee-high boots.
Playing it cool, Harry took to Twiitter after the awards, tweeting: "Thank you so much to @NRJhitmusiconly and our fans for the Award!! See you later .xx." While Taylor hit Twitter herself the day prior but to tweet a pic of the Cannes sunset.
In our opinion, Taylor looks just as bright and beautiful as that sunset!
Go, girl!

Usher's Pants Rip Open at Kids Inaugural Ball—Check Out the Crotch Shot

OMG, Usher is a pro—even when he's caught with his pants ripped open. Which seems to be a more and more frequent occurrence.Yeah, the R&B superstar suffered a wardrobe malfunction onstage at the Kids' Inaugural Ball Concert last Saturday.
While dancing for a packed house of military kids (and yes, Sasha and Malia Obama) Usher's pants busted open at the crotch. But split seams are no setback for Justin Bieber's mentor!
Jennifer Hudson looked (and sounded) flawless for her performance at Inaugural Ball
Fortunately for us (not for him), a YouTube user captureda still shot of Usher's ripped pants and noted he "kept going despite wardrobe malfunction". Uh, the show must go on?
In any case, this is not the first time a democracy-inspired dance has required an outfit change for Usher. Back in October 2011, he ripped his pants while performing at Bill Clinton's Decade of Difference concert.
No need to be embarrassed, though, Ush. Politicians are always getting caught with their pants down!
