Lil Wayne Axed By Mountain Dew

Although he's never one to hold back on his words, it looks like Lil Wayne'slyrics have gotten him into a bit of hot water.

On Friday (May 3), it was announced that the "LoIn a statement, PepsiCo announced that Wayne’s “offensive reference to a revered civil rights icon does not reflect the values of our brand.”

The above statement refers to the rapper's contribution to Future’s track “Karate Chop,” on which he sings, “Pop a lot of pain pills / Bout to put rims on my skateboard wheels / Beat that p**sy up like Emmett Till.”

Till was a 14-year-old African-American who was infamously tortured and murdered back in 1955 after allegedly flirting with a white woman. At this point, a rep for Lil Wayne is only citing "creative differences" for the result of the fallout.llipop" rapper was fired as a spokesperson for Mountain Dew.

President Barack Obama Rocks Michelle

For his second term, President Barack Obama will be making big changes! The President kicked off his hilarious White House Correspondents' Dinner speech at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, Apr. 27 by joking, "Second term, baby!"

"I recognize that this job can take a toll on you. I understand that second term you need a burst of new energy and try some new things," Obama, 51, said. "My team and I talked about it and we're willing to try anything, so we borrowed one of Michelle's tricks."

He then launched a slideshow of funny Photoshopped images of himself sporting his wife's famous new bangs. "I think this looked pretty good, but no bounce."

The President also made a joke about the controversy surrounding Jay-Z and Beyonce's recent visit to Cuba. "I've got 99 problems and now Jay-Z is one," he quipped.

After Obama's speech, Conan O'Brien took the stage and kept the jokes coming. The late night host made a joke about the President's focus on job creation. "Since he was reelected," he said, "the number of popes has doubled and the number of Tonight Show hosts has tripled."

O'Brien, 50, also compared the Correspondent's Dinner to a high school cafeteria. "Fox is the jocks . . . bloggers are the goths . . . NPR is the table for kids with peanut allergies," he joked. "Al-Jazeera is the weird foreign exchange student nobody talks to."

A source close to Justin Bieber has confirmed what we've suspected for months:

The singer's recent troubles - from pot smoking to hanging out with Lil Twist to spitting on his neighbor - can all be traced to his split from Selena Gomez in late 2012.

Bieber was "torn apart" by the break-up, an insider tells TMZ, and he hasn't been able to sufficiently recover because Gomez continues to call and text.

The mixed messages have left Justin "tortured," according to this same mole.

Just last week, Bieber stopped by Selena's house on his way out of the country, likely to either mend fences or urge his ex to make up her mind in one direction or the other.

It was a smart move because Bieber has clearly been expressing his anger and bitterness over the split in healthy, inappropriate, often illegal ways.
